1 Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
2 Mix together the nuts, honey, butter, 3 teaspoons curry powder and salt until well mixed.
3 Spread the nuts on the baking tray and roast for about 10-15 minutes, until fragrant and lightly toasted.
4 Sprinkle with the remaining curry powder and toss gently to coat. Leave to cool.
