For the chicken
12 Chicken wing
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp peppers
½ tsp cayenne pepper
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 bunch parsley
salt
To serve
1 Tomato
1 lemon (zested)

Preparation steps

1.

Marinate the chicken wings overnight in the cinnamon, peppers, lemon juice and oil.

Bake the wings in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) on the middle rack for about 20 minutes, until crisp and golden brown. Distribute the roughly chopped parsley on top of the chicken and bake for another 5 minutes. 

3.

Cut the tomato into very thin slices and place on a plate. Pile the finished chicken wings on top and garnish with the lemon zest.
