1 Skillet, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Plate, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Whisk, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Brush, 1 Plastic wrap
Preparation steps

Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the onion for 5 minutes. Add the spinach and tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.

Heat the grill. Whisk the eggs and seasoning and pour into the pan, stirring. Cook gently for 8-10 minutes until set.
3.
Scatter the cheese on top and place the pan under a hot grill for a few minutes until the top is browned. Stand for 5 minutes then turn out. Serve hot or cold cut into wedges.
