200 grams Spaghetti
4 filets mignon (150 g)
600 grams Zucchini
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
4 Tbsps olive oil
salt
peppers (freshly ground)
1 ½ Tbsps oregano (dried)
40 grams Whipped cream

Preparation steps

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse meat, pat dry and season with salt and pepper to taste. Rinse, trim and slice zucchini. Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan set over medium heat.

Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes. Remove and wrap with aluminum foil to keep warm. Add the onions to the pan and cook until translucent. Press the garlic cloves through a garlic press and add to the pan along with the zucchini and oregano. Cook until the zucchini is soft. Add the cooked spaghetti and sour cream to the skillet and toss until combined. Serve the spaghetti on plates along with the steaks.
