Nutritional values

Potassium from the zucchini in this dish supports various metabolic processes and has a balancing effect on the body's water levels. The steak also adds tons of powerful protein.

For a low-carb variation of this dish, the whole-grain spaghetti can be replaced with more zucchini spaghetti, or with carrot spaghetti.

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the zucchini and cut with a spiral cutter into thin "noodles". Peel the garlic and chop finely.

2.

Trim the mushrooms and cut in half, depending on size. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and chop the leaves.

3.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package directions, until al dente, then drain.

4.

Meanwhile, pat the steaks dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and cook the steaks on both sides 4-6 minutes to taste.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in another pan. Saute the mushrooms over high heat with garlic for 3-4 minutes.

6.

Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan. Sauté the zucchini 1-2 minutes over medium heat.

Stir the parsley into the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Distribute the Zucchini Spaghetti on 4 plates and top with the steaks and mushrooms.
