1 red chili pepper
2 garlic cloves
16 King prawn (shell-on, tail-on, deveined)
3 Tbsps olive oil
150 milliliters white wine
1 sm can Saffron (0.1 g)
freshly ground peppers
lemon juice
Dill (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse and halve the chili. Remove the seeds and membranes, and finely dice. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Rinse the shrimp and drain thoroughly.

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the garlic and the shrimp, and sauté for 2 minutes. Mix in the white wine, chili, and the saffron. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Drain the spaghetti, then add to the pan with the shrimp and toss to combine. Arrange the spaghetti on plates, garnish with the dill, and serve.
