400 grams Spaghetti
salt
Colorful pepper (from the mill)
16 shrimp (ready to cook)
1 garlic clove
2 Limes

6 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

2.

Fry shrimp in 1 tablespoon of olive oil with salt and pepper for about 3 minutes.  Press the peeled garlic into the pan. Fry briefly with the shrimp. Remove from pan and keep warm.

3.

Peel the onion, cut in half lengthwise, then cut into very thin half-rings.

4.

Mix lime juice with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Cut limes into wedges. Stir in the onion rings and lime wedges. Mix with spaghetti.

To serve: Mix spaghetti with the shrimp on plates and garnish with tarragon leaves.
