2 Tbsps Pine nuts
1 bunch parsley
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 oz Parmesan
1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package directions until al dente.

2.

Peel and chop the garlic. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Rinse and dry the parsley, then remove the leaves. Puree the parsley, pine nuts, garlic, and oil in a blender until a creamy pesto forms.

4.

Grate the parmesan, and mix into the pesto. Season to taste with salt and 1 dash of lemon juice.

5.

Drain the pasta, and mix with the pesto. Transfer onto plates in the shape of a nest, and serve.
