Preparation steps
1.
Cook spaghetti until al dente in boiling salted water.
2.
Trim scallions, rinse and cut the white portion into thin strips. Cut the greens into rings and set aside.
3.
Sauté the scallion strips in a pan in butter until translucent.
4.
Mix cream with lemon juice and crumbled feta cheese, setting aside a little cheese for garnish. Puree the cream mixture and add to the scallion strips. Cook until heated through and season with salt and pepper.
5.
Drain spaghetti and top with the sauce, reserved feta cheese and scallion rings.
