2 handfuls black Olives (chopped)
2 Tbsps Caper (drained)
extra-virgin olive oil

8 cups Casarecce pasta (or other shaped pasta)
½ bunch Basil (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Toss the tomatoes, olives and capers with 2 tbsp olive oil and seasoning, and leave to macerate.
2.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to packet instructions. Drain.
3.
Toss the pasta with the macerated vegetables and basil, adding more oil and seasoning if necessary.
4.
Serve warm.
