- 2 Tbsps yellow Curry paste
- 2 green chili peppers (sliced)
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 16 ozs new potatoes (peeled and sliced)
- ½ small White cabbage (shredded)
- 1 Lime (juiced)

1 Pot, 1 Skillet, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Plate, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Mandoline, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Meat mallet, 1 Lid, 1 Plastic wrap, 1 Fork
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a wide pan and gently cook the onion until soft.

Add the garlic, turmeric and curry paste and cook for 2 minutes, stirring all the time. Add the chilli peppers, cook for 1 more minute then add the stock and coconut milk.
3.
Bring to a boil then add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Add the cabbage and lime juice, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 5 more minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
