- 2 Avocados (halved, pitted, flesh scooped out)
- ⅞ cup cream cheese
- ⅜ cup cream (whipped)
- Tabasco sauce
- lemon juice
- ⅔ cup fresh Salmon fillet (skinned, diced)
- Dill (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Puree together the avocado and the cream cheese. Fold in the whipped cream. Season with Tabasco, salt and lemon juice. Transfer to a pipping bag and pipe into glasses.
2.
Mix together the salmon and 1 tbsp lemon juice and place on top of the mousse. Serve garnished with dill.
