400 grams fresh Sea bass (ready to cook)
1 garlic clove (crushed with salt)
cayenne pepper
4 Tbsps lemon juice
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 Tbsps chopped parsley
2 Tbsps chopped cilantro
2 heads Romaine lettuce
1 Avocado
1 pc green paprika
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Rinse fish, pat dry and cut into bite-size pieces. In a bowl, mix fish with garlic and lemon juice and season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper, mix and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Peel avocado, remove pit and cut into cubes. Rinse bell pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into fine strips.

Mix fish in a bowl with onions, avocado, bell pepper and herbs. Rinse lettuce, trim, shake dry and arrange in salad bowls. Cover lettuce with fish mixture and season to taste with freshly ground pepper. Serve immediately.
