1 Skillet, 1 Bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Fine grater, 1 Garlic press, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Aluminum foil
Preparation steps
1.
Lightly toast the wholegrain bread and spread a little butter over the top.
2.
Whisk the eggs together with the cream and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Heat the butter in a wide pan, pour in the eggs and stir over a medium heat until the eggs are set.
4.
Spoon the scrambled egg on top of the toasts, garnish with a parsley leaf and serve.
