- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsps butter

1 Baking sheet, 1 Casserole dish, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Plate, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Whisk, 2 Oven-proof ramekins, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Fine grater, 1 Oven rack
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a medium sized pan and cook the tomatoes for a few minutes until softened. Set aside.
2.
Break the eggs into another pan and add the milk, salt and butter. Cook over a medium heat, whisking all the time until the eggs are scrambled.
3.
Toast the bread under the grill or in a toaster. Spread with butter and place on serving plates. Spoon the scrambled egg and tomatoes on top of the toast and sprinkle with the snipped chives.
