- 2 smoked trout
- 2 Tbsps Cranberry compote (or sauce)
- 4 ozs Sour cream
- 1 pinch salt
- freshly ground peppers
- lemon juice
- 4 tsps grated Horseradish
- Dill (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 350°F. Wrap trout fillets with aluminum foil and bake directly on the oven rack, 8-10 minutes.

Remove skin from fillets and cut into pieces. Mix cranberries with sour cream and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Serve fish topped with a dollop of cranberry cream and sprinkle with horseradish. Garnish with dill.
