4 thin slices Rye bread
20 grams soft butter
4 leaves Lollo rossa
8 slices Smoked salmon
2 Tbsps honey
2 Tbsps medium hot Mustard
salt
parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Hard-boil the egg for about 10 minutes, rinse cold and peel.

Cut out circles from the bread about 8 cm in diameter (approximately 3 inches), with a wavy margin if desired. Spread the bread thinly with butter.

Rinse the lettuce, shake dry and arrange on the bread circles along with the salmon.

Whisk the honey and mustard and season with a little salt.

Cut the egg into quarters and distribute over the bread pieces. Drizzle with the honey mustard sauce and serve garnished with parsley.
