Smoked Salmon & Cucumber Appetizer
In a small mixing bowl add the cream cheese and butter, and cream together. Add dill, salt and pepper, mixing well.
Slice the cucumber into 1/4-inch slices.
Slice the smoked salmon into strips about the same size as the sliced cucumber. Place a piece of salmon on each cucumber slice. Place a dollop of the cream cheese mixture on top of the salmon. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh dill.
Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
