2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
3 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps Corn oil
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Peel cucumbers, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds with a small spoon and scoop out a little.

2.

Chop trout and salmon very finely or run through a food processor.

3.

Mix with cream fraiche and 1 tablespoon lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, then fill in the hollowed-out cucumber pieces.

4.

Whisk remaining lemon juice with corn oil, season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the stuffed cucumbers. Serve garnished with dill.
