2 slices Puff pastry dough (frozen)
½ small Pear
6 Emmentaler cheese
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp raisins
2 leaves Lettuce
2 Tbsps White bread crouton
1 Tbsp toasted Pine nuts

1 egg yolk

Preparation steps

Defrost the puff pastry. Cut out circles about 6-8 cm (approximately 2 inches) in diameter. From half of circles, cut out another smaller circle in the center. Place the rings that were made on top of the intact circles, creating a bowl shape. Place on a lined baking sheet a slight distance from one another. Mix the egg yolk with a little water and brush the surface with it. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 350°F) for about 15-20 minutes.

Peel the pear and quarter, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Immediately toss with the lemon juice in a bowl. Rinse and chop the lettuce and mix with the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Distribute the salad with pears and cheese on top of the puff pastry bowls and serve.
