2 Tbsps breadcrumbs

2 Tbsps vegetable oil
16 mini hamburger buns

1 handful Lettuce (such as lollo, bionda and iceberg)
Mozzarella (sliced)
Gouda (sliced)
Camembert (sliced)
Prosciutto (sliced)
Bean and corn salad
Diced tomatoes
finely chopped Basil
balsamic vinegar (for drizzling)

Preparation steps

1.

Knead ground beef together with egg and bread. Season with salt and pepper and shape into 16 small burgers. Heat oil in a pan and fry burgers on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

Horizontally slice the buns. Toast inside surfaces.

Place burgers on the buns and top with other ingredients as desired and serve.
