- 600 grams Beef
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 16 mini hamburger buns
- to garnish
- 1 handful Lettuce (such as lollo, bionda and iceberg)
- Mozzarella (sliced)
- Gouda (sliced)
- Camembert (sliced)
- Prosciutto (sliced)
- Bean and corn salad
- Diced tomatoes
- finely chopped Basil
- balsamic vinegar (for drizzling)

Preparation steps
1.
Knead ground beef together with egg and bread. Season with salt and pepper and shape into 16 small burgers. Heat oil in a pan and fry burgers on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
2.
Horizontally slice the buns. Toast inside surfaces.
3.
Place burgers on the buns and top with other ingredients as desired and serve.
