- 14 ozs very fresh Tuna
- 3 Tomatoes
- ½ Cucumber (peeled, deseeded and finely chopped)
- ½ Red onion (very finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps Salmon Caviar
- 2 handfuls mixed asian salad greens
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- juiced Limes

Preparation steps
1.
Wrap the tuna tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Drop the tomatoes in boiling water for 30 seconds, drain and peel off the skins. Discard the seeds and finely dice the flesh.
3.
Remove the tuna from the freezer and discard the plastic wrap. Slice the tuna thinly with a very sharp knife and arrange on serving plates.
4.
Scatter over the tomatoes, cucumber, onion and caviar, top with a pile of salad leaves and drizzle over the sesame oil and lime juice.
