- 21 ozs Tuna steak
- 1 Tbsp Avocado oil
- 2 Limes
- 2 heads Romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 2 cups Arugula
- 1 Tbsp white Sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp black Sesame seeds
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the grill to hot. Sit the tuna fillet on a grilling tray and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Drizzle with oil and grill for 7 - 9 minutes, turning occasionally, until seared on the outside and almost cooked through on the inside.

Remove from the grill and set aside, covered loosely with foil. Cut one of the limes into slices and reserve as a garnish.
4.
Cut the other lime in half and squeeze the juice into a mixing bowl. Add the romaine, rocket, and sesame seeds. Toss well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
5.
Lift the salad into bowls. Cut the tuna into slices and arrange alongside the salad.
