- ⅔ cup Goat cheese (roughly crumbled)
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 1 ½ cups Arugula
- 1 Baguette (split lengthways)
- 2 ⅔ cups Roast beef (sliced)
Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the goat's cheese and crème fraîche. Put some of the rocket in the baguette and spread the cream and cheese mixture on top.
2.
Top with the roast beef and the remaining rocket. Top with the other half of the baguette, secure with string and cut into portions, if desired.
