2 heads Romaine lettuce (cut into bite size pieces)
1 ½ cups Asparagus (cooked and cut into 1 inch pieces)
½ Red onion (finely sliced)
½ cup cherry Tomatoes (halved)
¼ cup chopped Walnut
cup Gorgonzola (finely crumbled)
½ cup Buttermilk
2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
2 Tbsps fresh parsley (finely chopped)
½ tsp garlic powder
kosher salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
2 top Sirloin steak (grilled and cooled)

Preparation steps

1.
In a large mixing bowl, combine lettuce, asparagus, onion, tomatoes, walnuts and cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk the buttermilk, mayonnaise, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat.
3.
Add the steak to the salad and toss again to incorporate. Portion onto individual plates and serve.
