- 14 ozs dried Spaghetti
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 red chili peppers (seeds removed, sliced)
- 6 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp chopped mint
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- To garnish

Preparation steps
1.
Bring a large pan of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until 'al dente'.
2.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a low heat. Add the chillies and cook for 1 minute. Add the garlic and cook, stirring for 2 minutes.
3.
Remove from the heat, allow to cool slightly, then stir in the mint.
4.
Drain the pasta and and put into a large bowl. Add the contents of the pan to the pasta and mix well.
5.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with mint.
