Ingredients
12 cooked shrimp
1 toasted Nori seaweed
Vinegar water
150 grams cooked Sushi rice
1 tsp Wasabi paste

Preparation steps

1.

Place the nori, smooth-side down, on a rolling mat and spread the wasabi paste over the nori. With hands moistened with vinegar water, spread the rice over the nori, leaving a 5 mm (approximately 1/4 inch) border at the top and bottom. Roll up tightly.

2.

Cut the roll into 12 equal-sized pieces, arrange on a serving plate, cut-side down, and place a shrimp in the middle of each.
