400 grams cooked Sushi rice
1 tsp Wasabi paste
400 grams TK shrimp
1 garlic clove
1 sesame oil
1 Tbsp Fish sauce
½ Nori seaweed
18 pcs Leaf lettuce variety

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and very finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the garlic and shrimp until almost cooked through. Add the fish sauce and chile. With scissors, cut the nori into strips.

2.

With moistened hands, shape the rice into a long roll, cut 1cm (approximately 1/2-inch) thick slices and place on the leaves. Put some wasabi paste into the middle of the rice, top with some shrimp and garnish with nori strips.
