- 300 grams Salmon (without skin)
- 2 Tbsps Raspberry vinegar
- 2 tsps honey
- salt
- 1 medium-size Zucchini
- 12 size shrimp ready to cook, peeled (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce (from the Asian grocery))
- 40 grams Herb butter
- 2 lemons

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the salmon fillet into cubes approximately 3-4 cm (approximately 1 1/4-1 3/4-inches). In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar and honey, season with salt, add the salmon and toss to coat.

Rinse and trim the zucchini and with a melon baller, cut out 12 beautiful hemispheres.

Mix soy and fish sauce in a bowl and marinate the zucchini and shrimp in it.

Alternately thread salmon, shrimp and zucchini on skewers.
5.
Preheat the oven to broil or 250°C (approximately 480°F).
6.
Rinse and halve the lemons.
7.
Place the skewers on an oiled broiler pan.
8.
Broil, turning the skewers as the fish and zucchini cook, 12-15 minutes. Brush the lemon halves with oil and broil alongside the skewers. Remove, arrange on sprouts as desired and top with herb butter.
