300 grams shrimp (drained)
2 red chili peppers
1 ½ red Bell pepper
4 stalks Basil
2 Tbsps sunflower oil

Preparation steps

1.

Halve the avocado and remove the seed. Peel, cut into wedges, and then cut into cubes.

Rinse the limes in hot water and pat dry. Squeeze 1 of the limes, and mix the juice with the avocado. Slice the second lime thinly.

Peel the mango, slice the fruit away from the core and dice. Core, peel and dice the melon. Add the shrimp to a bowl, and mix with the avocado, mango, melon, and slices of lime.

4.

Rinse the chilis, remove the seeds, and slice thinly. Rinse and halve the bell peppers. Remove the seeds and membranes, and dice. Mix the chilis and bell peppers into the shrimp mixture.

5.

Rinse and dry the basil, then remove the leaves and chop. Add to the shrimp mixture. Season to taste with the sunflower oil, salt, and pepper.
