Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the asparagus, remove the ends and peel the lower third. Halve the asparagus lengthwise and cut into about 5-6 cm (approximately 2-2 1/4 inch) long pieces. Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water according to the package label. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the juice of half a lemon and the tablespoon of butter. Add the asparagus pieces and cook for 6-8 minutes until al dente.

2.

Meanwhile, peel the garlic and finely chop. Cook along with the prawns in oil over medium heat, turning as needed. Rinse the parsley, finely chop and mix in with the shrimp. Rinse lemon, squeeze out the juice into a little bowl and add to the shrimp.

3.

Drain the noodles and asparagus and mix with the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add a little lemon juice and arrange on plates. Garnish with parsley and serve hot or cold.
