1 Tbsp freshly chopped Dill
ground paprika (sweet, for sprinkling)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry with paper towels. Drain the mandarin oranges well in a colander. Quickly toast the slices of white bread in a toaster. Then spread with ricotta and top with the shrimp, the mandarins and the cheese and sprinkle with dill. Bake in oven until the cheese begins to melt. To serve, sprinkle with paprika and serve halved diagonally.
