Preparation steps

Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and finely dice. Rinse the dill, shake dry and pluck. Set aside some tips for the garnish and finely chop the rest.

Mix the sour cream with the lemon juice until smooth and season with salt, sugar and pepper. Add the cucumber and chopped dill and stir in.

Cut the baguette into about 12 slices and distribute the cucumber mixture over them. Top with the shrimp and serve garnished with dill.
