Shrimp on Yogurt and Dill Gelée

- 4 sheets gelatin
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 stems Dill
- 150 grams Whipped cream
- 250 grams Natural yogurt
- 100 milliliters Buttermilk
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- sugar (to taste)
- white peppers
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 300 grams shrimp
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
Preparation steps
Soak the gelatin for 10 minutes in cold water. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse and dry the dill, then finely chop. Squeeze out the gelatin, and dissolve in half of the cream. Mix the yogurt with the buttermilk, add half of the garlic, and puree everything completely. Mix in the remaining cream and half of the lemon juice, then season to taste with salt, sugar, and pepper.
Mix the fill and half of the parsley into the gelatin-cream mixture. Place into 4 tall glasses, then chill in the refrigerator.
Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Sauté the remaining garlic briefly in the oil. Add the shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with the remaining lemon juice, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix in the parsley. Remove the glasses from the refrigerator, top with she shrimp, and serve.
