- 2 green Bell pepper
- 300 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 grams Feta
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- salt
- peppers
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 dried thyme
- 3 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 350 grams small Pasta shell
Preparation steps

Rinse peppers, halve, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes. Rinse and halve tomatoes. Peel onion, quarter lengthwise and cut into thin strips. Peel garlic. Drain feta cheese and dice. Press garlic into olive oil and mix with vinegar, salt, pepper and spices and whisk to a dressing. Mix 2 tablespoons of dressing with feta cheese.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, rinse in a colander under cold running water and let drain. Mix pasta with vegetables and remaining dressing. Sprinkle with feta cheese and serve.
