Healthy, because

This fruit pudding is higher in sugar and fats, but because of the grapes and other fruits, this dessert can still be very healthy. Grapes are high in antioxidants, beneficial plant compounds that may protect against chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, cancer, and heart disease, while the orange juice provides vitamin C, which helps strengthen the immune system.
You can substitute the sugar for honey for a bit more natural sugar.
