- ⅞ cup Raspberry juice

Preparation steps
1.
Soften the gelatin in cold water.
2.
Sort the raspberries. Wash and drain well.
3.
Heat the juice in a pot, remove from the range.
4.
Remove as much water from the gelatin leaves as possible. Dissolve in the juice.
5.
Divide the juice among from the four dessert dishes. Mix in the raspberries and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
