- 4 Chicken legs (ready to cook)
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 2 organic lemons
- 4 cups Broccoli
- 4 garlic cloves (cloves)
- olive oil
- ⅜ cup dry white wine
- ½ cup poultry stock
- 2 Tbsps light Sesame seeds
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Wash and pat the chicken legs dry. Separate at the joint. Season with salt and pepper.

Wash the lemons under hot water and pat dry. Slice into bite-sized pieces.

Wash and clean the broccoli. Cut into small pieces and blanch in boiling, salted water for about 4 minutes. Refresh in cold water.

Press the garlic and place into a greased casserole dish along with the lemon, broccoli and chicken pieces. Pour in the wine and the broth. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
6.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
