350 grams Rice noodles

200 milliliters dry white wine
200 milliliters Beef broth
100 milliliters Whipped cream
flat-leaf parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 100°C (approximately 210°F). 

2.

For the beans: Peel and dice the onions. Rinse and trim the beans. Rinse the beef, pat dry and cut into 8 thin slices.

For the rice noodles: Cook the rice noodles in boiling salted water according to the package directions. Cook the beans in a pot of boiling salted water for 8 minutes.

For the beef: Heat the butter in a large skillet. Season the beef with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until golden about 2 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and keep warm in oven.

5.

For the sauce: Add the onions to the skillet and cook until golden brown. Stir in the win and reduce by half. Add the cream and simmer until creamy. Season with salt, pepper and cumin to taste.

6.

For serving: Drain the rice noodles and serve on plates with the beans. Top with the meat and drizzle the sauce over top. Serve garnished with parsley.
