200 grams Cherry tomatoes
250 grams fresh Green beans

500 grams Beef fillet
freshly ground peppers
6 Tbsps olive oil
3 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp freshly chopped rosemary

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry tomatoes. Rinse beans, trim the ends and blanch for 2-3 minutes in boiling salted water. Remove and rinse in cold water, drain well.

Rinse beef, pat dry, cut into 4 equal medallions and season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil on a pan and sear meat for 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from pan and cover with aluminum foil. Let rest.

3.

Peel and slice garlic. Heat remaining oil in a pan and saute garlic, tomatoes and beans. Season with salt, pepper and chopped rosemary. Simmer on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.

4.

Arrange vegetables on preheated plates and top with beef medallions. Serve.
