Preparation
Kitchen utensils
1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Kitchen towel, 1 Small pot, 1 Wooden spoon
Preparation steps
1.
Arrange the potatoes in a microwaveable dish. Cover with clingfilm and microwave on high for 8 - 10 minutes until tender.
2.
Carefully remove from the microwave. Add two tablespoons of butter as well as the cream, mashing well until smooth, and seasoning to taste. Cover and keep warm to one side.
3.
Divide the remaining butter between the four microwaveable mugs. Microwave on high for 10 - 15 seconds until melted.
4.
Divide the flour evenly between the mugs and whisk well. Whisk 150 ml of milk slowly into each mug until smooth. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add the peas, prawns, and a little seasoning, stir well, and microwave for a further 3 minutes.
5.
Remove from the microwave and top with the mashed potato and then the Parmesan. Microwave on high for a further minute until golden on top.
