- 2 cooked lobsters (shells removed, cut into serving pieces)
- 1 Tbsp Ginger wine
- 1 Tbsp Corn starch
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- Oil
- 4 Zucchini (sliced)
- 12 Asparagus (spears)
- For the dressing
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground Black pepper
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- To garnish
- parsley

1 großes Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Bowl, 1 Whisk, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small knife
Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the lobster, ginger wine, cornflour, salt and pepper.
2.
Heat the oil in a wok to come 5 cm|2" up the sides. Cook the lobster in batches for 2 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper.
3.
Cook the courgette slices for a few minutes until softened.
4.
Cook the asparagus in a pan of salted boiling water for 5-8 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water. Drain well.
5.
For the dressing: whisk all the ingredients together.
6.
Toss the asparagus and courgettes in the dressing.
7.
Place the vegetables on serving plates with the lobster. Garnish with parsley
