1 garlic clove
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 scallions
salt
freshly ground pepper
2 Tbsps coarsely chopped Coriander
400 grams Scallop
Lime zest (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Cook and drain the rice noodles, according to package directions.

Rinse the scallions, cut into rings and fry briefly, with the pressed garlic, in 1 tablespoon hot oil. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Heat the remaining oil in a second frying pan and cook the scallops 2- 3 minutes on both sides, swirling the oil in the pan often. Mix the scallions with the pasta and mix in the cilantro leaves. Place the pasta with the scallops on a plate, garnish with lime zest and serve immediately.
