- 1 Tbsp Dill (chopped)
- 1 shallot
- 1 Orange
- Sea salt
- cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsps Argan oil

Preparation steps

Rinse the scallops, pat dry, and finely chop.

Peel and finely chop the shallot.
