- 800 grams scallions
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 150 milliliters milk
- 200 grams Gorgonzola
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps chopped Hazelnuts

Preparation steps

Rinse and peel the scallions. Cut the white and light green sections into about 10 cm long pieces (approximately 4 inches) and the darker green sections into thin rings.
Brush the scallion sticks with oil, season with salt and pepper and cook on the grill for 5-6 minutes, while turning.

For the sauce, heat the milk and stir in the Gorgonzola. Allow it to melt, remove from the heat and stir in the chives. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3.
Arrange the scallions on plates, drizzle with the sauce and serve showered with scallion rings and hazelnuts.
