Preparation steps

1.

Rinse cabbage and cut into strips. Peel and rinse potaotes, cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut pork and sausages into cubes. Combine sour cream with broth and season with salt and pepper, mix with vegetables and meat.

2.

Spread in a greased casserole and cover well with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
