200 grams Feta
2 Endive
2 lemons (juiced)
4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the melon flesh into slices, divide the endive leaves and cut the feta into slices. Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry skillet and set aside.

2.

For the dressing, mix the lemon juice with the oil and season with salt, pepper and a little sugar.

3.

Arrange the melon, endives and feta on a plate and drizzle with the salad dressing.

Serve showered with sunflower seeds and garnished with fine strips of scallion.
