2 tsps Baking powder
1 ½ cups Parmesan (grated)
5 Tbsps olive oil
3 Tbsps Basil
2 Tbsps Pine nuts
1.333 cups Buttermilk

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400F, gas 6. Set the paper baking cases in the cups in the muffin pan.
2.
Mix the flour with the salt, baking powder and cheese. Purée the oil with the basil leaves and pine kernels. Stir in the buttermilk and egg. Beat in the flour mixture quickly and spoon the dough into the baking cases.
3.
Bake for approx. 30 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool slightly, then take the muffins out of the pan and let cool completely.
