- 250 grams Pastry flour
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 50 milliliters olive oil
- 100 milliliters dry white wine
- ½ tsp salt
- butter (for the pan)
- 100 grams Roquefort cheese
- 100 grams Cheddar cheese
- 50 grams freshly grated Parmesan
Preparation steps
1.
Sift together flour and baking powder. Beat eggs until foamy. Stir olive oil, white wine and salt into the flour mixture in succession.

Preheat oven to 150°C (approximately 300°F). Butter the pan.
3.
Chop Roquefort and cheddar cheese into cubes. Fold all three types of cheese into the dough. Allow to rise and place in the oven to bake for about 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting and serve.
