- 225 grams Pastry flour (1050 type)
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tsps Baking powder
- 50 grams cold butter (cubed)
- 125 grams shredded Cheese
- 2 tsps Mustard
- 1 bunch fresh Chives (finely chopped)
- 150 milliliters milk

Preparation steps
1.
Combine the flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl. Knead the butter cubes into the flour until crumbly. Add the shredded cheese, mustard and finely chopped chives. Stir in enough milk to form a smooth dough.

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface and roll into a circle about 2.5 cm (approximately 1 inch) thick. Cut the dough into 8 wedges.

Preheat the oven to 210°C (approximately 400°F). Place the dough wedges onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
